New Function/Product to support APA automation

For replacements for Application Performance measurement Tools like APA, customers need urgently an automation tool. This tool should be able to
* start off measurements automatically and not only for predefined CPU or elapsed time but also for
* new applications (own developed, Web applications, distributed, applications)
* modified applications (monitoring loadlibs )
* monitoring online transactions, online response times and batch window
* jobs being abended (i.e.because of elapsed time )
* changes of system components (DB2, WebSphere, MQ, CICS, IMS, etc.)
* changes introduced by new compiler (PL/1, COBOL, JAVA, C/C++, Assembler)
* changes caused by new hardware (CPU, main storage, disk subsystems, etc)
* monitoring of existing, agreed and committed SLA's
and should also be able to
* manage the APA observation files
* saving histories based on selected categories

    We don't have APA, but this will be very useful.
