Count number of calls of csects/subroutine/entry point

It's important to know how often a csect / subroutine / entry point is called so that you can differenciate if you spend a long time in a single csect / subroutine / entry point or visited several times.

Interesting, some comments are getting lost. So did mine from last week.

I am not interestet, how often program A was sampled and how often sub-program B.
I want to know, how often the program context between A and B was switched.
So i know if B is a small programm called very often by A or
B is a large progam which should be optimized, because it is called only once by A.
I know that exact counting numbers are not possible, because APA uses Sampling. But they could indicate the tendency.

APA does provide counts for each time a program or csect is active when a sample is taken as an option instead of percentage of active samples for each report.
