More intuitive Java source mapping

APA allows mapping on Java source; however the path that needs to be specified for the mapping is counter intuitive. I'd like that the path becomes simpler and more intuitive to use.

Please also refer to PMR 16500,758,758 and PMR 35445,758,758.

Basically I'd like to specify the path to the *.jar file containing the Java *.class and *.java - without any additional and unneeded directory structure.
