Add PF8 (Next Page) instruction in list of line commands menu

In ISPF, when putting a "/" at the request number, a list of line commands comes up. Customer did not see the line command that offered from the manual in that menu and complained about it. I randomly tried to press PF8 just to see if it would go to the next page, and of course it did. The customer assumed all the list commands were listed because there's nothing in the initial screen to indicate that there is next page.
