Addition of DB2 group name to create a Specific Stored Procedure Request

When creating a Specific Stored Procedure Request, APA could give the option to specify a DB2 Group name rather than (or in addition to) a specific DB2 subsystem name. Currently the parameters for a Specific Stored Procedure Request must include a DB2 ssid and do not allow for a broader group name option. Support for the DB2 group name or a similar alternative would be an enhancement to the SSPR feature, and would be particularly useful in the case of data sharing where the specific subsystem that will do the processing of the request is unknown.

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
Brand - Servers and Systems Software
    Product family - Development Tooling
Product - IBM Application Performance Analyzer

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
    Brand - WebSphere
    Product family - Enterprise Tooling
Product - IBM Application Performance Analyzer
