APA function to be able to observe multiple batch jobs with generic jobname

Customer Daimler and other T-System SO customers are scheduling multiple batch Jobs at once. This can be up to 50 jobs. The jobnames are generic and their suffix is not know before.
They need a way to set up new observations by gegeric jobnames (i.e. JOBNAxx) which must run simultaneous. A limit of simulteous observations with the same Jobnameprefix would be adequate, as wl as the posibility to define repeat, time interval etc.
