Exit point program RANA tests field-properties first and field-values second.

It's not possible to test just the values of 2 different fields/attributes; therefor this request to have the possibility to test just the value of any field with the value of any other field.

Example testing with NEF
DB2E_501 Q DB2EDEF_TRANSID NEF    DB2EDEF_Name R

The BUILD-step of job CCVXPRAJ gives RC=0008 and message
Error: EQF/NEF operations are only valid on fields of the same length.    The error is on line 15

Example testing with NE
DB2E_501 Q DB2EDEF_TRANSID NE DB2EDEF_Name R

When creating db2entry ABCD with transid ABCD the EXIT Point returns the next Exception message
XPRA: Create/Update of this resource was rejected by a site Exit.    Rule. details: DB2E_502-Q-      1
XPRA: Attribute TRANSID must have value DB2EDEF_Name
