Ability to extract packages from an export file into another file via a batch interface

We require the ability to transport resource definitions between geographically dispersed sysplexes and to apply transformation rules in the process. This need means we will have to migrate through an export file.
Since the export file will be used concurrently by multiple users we want the ability to extract only the packages needed from that extract file as to not copy the entire file to the other side every time someone needs exports a package. That would have the effect of always copying the entire file when only one or a few packages are needed each time.
The following should be available:
a - Ability to select which packages to extract.
b - Ability to select all package versions or only the latest package (oldest, default).
c - Ability to specify userid/userids/all that created selected package(s). Default should be user submitting job.

Please note that this has not been raised by any other customer and so we cannot address it at this time. Please raise another RFE if this is still an issue.

Having made the statement below, I will need to check this again and marking this as "Uncommitted Candidate" for now.

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
Brand - Servers and Systems Software
    Product family - Enterprise Tooling
    Product - CICS Configuration Manager

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
    Brand - WebSphere
    Product family - Enterprise Tooling
    Product - CICS Configuration Manager

Please note that the ability to select which packages to extract in batch does exist already in the product; please see the 'IMPORT' section within 'Chapter 14. Processing change packages in batch' in the current CICS CM User's Guide. This explains that change packages can be extracted from an export file by specifying a CPID value (if the export file contains change package details).
