Clarify the use of type parameters in the install panel CCVP0011

The install panel CCVP0011 is very confusing.
For an install using the WUI it is possible to specify a target scope and a related scope for every resource type but in this panel it is only possible for File, Program, TDqueue and Transaction. And when you fill in these CPSM Type Parameters when in fact installing any other type, it is not clear and confusing where these resources will be installed. Also you cannot specify Program mode = Dynamic when Usage is Remote, which is possible in the WUI.
This behavior makes the panel unreliable and so not useful to us.
What we would like is to have this panel changed so that for every resource it is possible to explicitly specify a target scope and a related scope, or, better yet, completely change the install functionality in such a way that the RasgnDef belonging to the to be installed resource is used to determine the deployment criteria and scope.
This last suggestion would have our strong vote.

Please note that this has not been raised by any other customer so we are not able to address this at this time. Please raise another RFE if this is still an issue.
