Change CICS IA to show the command EXEC CICS START with USERID

we have a customer who wishes to detect EXEC CICS START with USERID.
They want to use CICS IA tool to see it.
Today CICS IA shows only the command EXEC CICS START TRANSID but it is not included the subparameters, in this case, USERID parameter.

    My question is if we could use this exit in CICS IA 3.1? or my customer needs to migrate to CICS IA 3.2?

    In CICS IA V3.2 we provided an exit for the command flow collector for program LINK. Using this exit customers can investigate the options used by the command and the commarea and store data in an user defined field. If we provided the same exit point in the Dependency collector for PROGRAM LINK and TRANSACTION START then  the customer could populate the user data field with a value such as START.
    Would this mee the requirement.
