CIUUPDB Inefficient duplicate processing

The Collector files contain a lot of info gathered over a number of years and it appears that the Batch job CIUUPDB process s every record even though there is just a few new updates in the collector files that need processed. We would like a way of switching this off so duplicates are not processed and only new updates are processed against the database making the job more efficient.

The way CIUUPDB works is that it loads data for each COLLECTOR ID. This may result in duplicate rows but to keep the data consistent for each COLLECTOR ID, the data has to be loaded. Therefore, this is Working as Designed.
