Allow applid and resource filtering against CICS PA HDBs

Currently the filtering capability against HDBs (both performance, stats and alerts) is in adequate. The first improvement can be made by allowing applid filtering against HDBs from ISPF option '6 - Statistics' . 

Then there are inconsistencies when using Filter Criteria when using online reporting.

I have requested the following before but fell on deaf ears. The use of  filtering via 'Alert' definitions is not fit for purpose. In a shop with 20+ LPAR images and 3000+ regions we need the capability to run the same report for different image/regions on an ad-hoc basis without going into an alert definition and adding / changing an Applid. For instance we need to look at last weeks stats for say File strings for applid CICSABCD. Next week I want to run the same for applid CICS1234. I so not want to edit the alert definition each time.  The same goes for resource type/name/ I would like to be able to run an alert/stats report for File name and region. Em.
