Attended a conference call with CICS PA development to clarify the RFE.

    1) If the CICS PA ISPF dialog is used to generate the dictionary record from the MCT, in addition to the message "CPAA163 'Dictionary Record built'", the dialog should include details on the version, applid, and system.

    2) At runtime, if message "CPA0230I Dictionary Record default is being used, APPLID=xxxxxxxx, Release= n.n.n" is issued and the CPADICTR DD had a matching MCT for the APPLID, but not the version, the message will identify the source version from the MCT found in the CPADICTR concatenation to provide the end-user with more details on why the default dictionary was selected.
