built in uncompress function thru zEDC for CICS PA utilities

After enable zEDC feature in CMB in last year, all of the SMF data including type 110 which is for CICS sub-system. then the zEDC compressed Logstream records have to be uncompressed at first using SMF utility. then can be read by CICS PA utility as before.

It's an unefficient way to generate CICS PA report. so on behalf my client- China Merchant Bank, a major mainframe customer with about 30000 MIPS to support about 80M credit card holders in China, Pls help to consider the enhancement to setup the built-in capability in CICS PA reporting utility, to use the zEDC uncompress funtion directly. that means, CICS PA can use zEDC compressed SMF data as input file, it will improve the efficiency with less CPU usage by exploitation of zEDC hardware uncompress function.
