CEMT Set WebService command with NEwcopy or PHasein option

I would have the possibility to run a rescan for only one Web Service after modifying his wsbind file without to have to discard and reinstall the webservice ressource.

I guess the most appropriate is to have a CEMT Set Command with NEwcopy or PHasein options like for the programs.

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
Brand - Servers and Systems Software
    Product family - Transaction Processing
    Product - CICS Transaction Server

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
    Brand - WebSphere
    Product family - Transaction Processing
    Product - CICS Transaction Server

This requirement is satisfied by CICS TS 5.2 which is generally available from June 13th 2014.
CICS TS 5.2 allows a WEBSERVICE, URIMAP, PROGRAM and associated LIBRARY to be installed as an Application. This group of resources can be installed atomically, and CICS TS 5.2 allows two versions of the same program to be loaded simultaneously. The user can switch the URI processing from the old Program to the new one when everything is ready.

We would look at solving this a different way. The goal would be to allow a WEBSERVICE, URIMAP, PROGRAM and associated LIBRARY to be installed as an Application. This group of resources would install atomically, and would also allow two versions of the same program to be loaded simultaneously. Then the user could switch the URI processing from the old Program to the new one when everything is ready. The RFE is being moved into 'Planned for Future release' status.  Please note:
