Defferent results invoking Distributed Routing (TERM) and Dynamic routing (No-TERM) via START cmd of TRANID def as dynamic

The Routing program developed in Unicredit is using the REMOTESYSTEM field passed to routing program logic (DYRSYSID) to drive the correct pool of CICS where the transaction or the program have to be routed to. EXEC CICS START COMMAND is managed in a different way if it's terminal driven or not. The transaction is definded in the same way: Routable(Y) and Dynamic(Y) with RemoteSystem(XXXX) and no SYSID has been specified in the START Command.
Test done by support center:
- EXEC CICS START TRANSID TERMID receives SYSIDERR
- EXEC CICS START TRANSID is ok

    This requirement has been re-evaluated. We have no current plans for this to be implemented and so this requirement is being declined at this point. The requirement will be kept in the RFE system and might be reassessed in the future. You also have an opportunity to resubmit in twelve months time if you wish it to be reconsidered then.
