Reduction of EXEC CICS ADDRESS EIB from module CEECCICS

With z196 the CPU propotion of the module DFHEIP increased a lot. I already opened an PMR 47174/035/724 and an RFE requirement for this with the id 19307. But in parallel we investigate how to reduce the EXEC CICS instructions from our applications. But what we realize is, that most of this instruction are done by Language Environment. Here one instruction is noticeable. With each load and release of a program the module CEECCICS executes an EXEC CICS ADDRESS EIB. From our point of view it should be possible to save this address. In our own applications we save this address in a static variable ( c ) or the Working Storage ( COBOL ).

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
Brand - Servers and Systems Software
    Product family - Transaction Processing
    Product - CICS Transaction Server

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
    Brand - WebSphere
    Product family - Transaction Processing
    Product - CICS Transaction Server

The pathlength of ADDRESS EIB is not large and so instruction saving just on load and release will not be significant.
This is not something CICS can address as its a LE owned module. Rejecting requirement.

This is not something CICS can address as its a LE owned module. A requirement would have to be raised on LE.
I do not beliee LE are yet using RFE for requirements, so a FITS requirement would have to be raised.
