DFHPI0400 needs to be improved for problem determination

When CICS PIPELINE manager has failed to communicate with a remote server due to an error, DFHPI0400 is issued with NOT usuful information such as "A SOCKET ERROR."
From the DFHPI0400 message user cannot identify the reason of the error. They can only indentify something worng about the socket. It is not clearly describe which socket call get the error and what is a reason code of the error. In user's case, there are no DFHSOxxxx message so we cannot find the reason of the socket error.
In our case, We need to gather CICS trace and WAS trace to identify the reason.
We think DFHPI0400 need to be imporve to show the socket API which get the error, the reason code of the error and IP address and port .

    This requirement is satisfied by CICS TS 5.1 which is generally available December 14th 2012.

    This RFE is satisfied by CICS TS 5.1 which was announced on October 3rd 2012 and has a planned GA of December 14th 2012.
