CICS Event Processing Diagnostic Mode

This was MR0316112559 in the FITS system, Submitted 03/16/2011......

Bank of America would like the ability to trace or do some problem determination when they deploy an "Event" and it either fails to work or there is a problem with the deployment. They would like some way
of telling why and where the Event failed to deploy or where the user may have made an error.

I think this falls under the category of providing some debug support for events, and we have an item in
RTC for that - EPIC 250. This requirement is an interesting spin on the problem, which suggests we
might be able to provide necessary debug information without perhaps needing EDF support for event
capture. I have added the requirement as a comment to the EPIC, and I think we should respond to this
requirement as 'Recognised'

    This requirement has been re-evaluated. Looking at current plans, it is not likely that this would be implemented in the twelve months, so correspondingly this requirement is being rejected. You have an opportunity to resubmit in twelve months time if you wish it to be considered then.

    Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
    Brand - Servers and Systems Software
    Product family - Transaction Processing
    Product - CICS Transaction Server

    For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
    Brand - WebSphere
    Product family - Transaction Processing
    Product - CICS Transaction Server
