Message after CICS has recovered last UOW during Emergency Restart

Generate a new DFHRMxxxx message that indicates that emergency restart has completed with the status of completed UOWs and a count of UOWs still indoubt. Part two of this RFE would provide a restart option that tells CICS to shutdown after emergency restart is complete.

    As well as via apar PH05628 on V5.4 and V5.5, this RFE is satisfied by CICS Transaction Server for z/OS V5.6 which is Generally Available today 12th June 2020.

    This RFE is alsosatisfied by CICS Transaction Server for z/OS V5.6 which is announced today 7th April 2020 and which has a planned availability date of 12th June 2020.

    Apar PH05628 with PTFs for CICS TS 5.4 and CICS TS 5.5 satisfies this RFE. CICS recovery manager will issue new message DFHRM0206 when the last reconstructed UOW of interest for recoverable work has been resolved, or if a restart does not have to reconstruct any such UOW
