In the CICS TS 5.1 Announcement letter we stated the CPSM WUI is functionally stabilized and we will be making only minor changes to it in future.
The function requested to be able to show groups with no resources in it, both for CSD and CPSM BAS, is available today in the CICS CM 2.1 product and in the soon to be available CICS CM 5.1 product.
This is a candidate for inclusion in a future release, but is not committed to any release plan at this time. If implemented the function would be made available via Explorer rather than enhancements to the WUI.
