Build perspective on nonconnected workspace

We run CICS Explorer on a Citrix server shared environment, where we provide a base customized Master Workspace for our users. We need to be able to build our Healthcheck perspective (and possibly more) on a NONCONNECTED workspace, as we can do in V1101 currently. This should go hand-in-hand with RFE 23442, as both of these wil prevent us from being able to install new releases of Explorer past our V1101 version.

    Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:

    This requirement is satisfied by CICS TS 5.1 which is generally available December 14th 2012.

    The behaviour that was present in 110 which allowed you to customize columns on a disconnected workspace - and removed in 111, has been put back into 1113 and 5.1. I've updated the status to "resolve" and "planned for future release"
