Control runaway DB2 SQL via CICS transaction runaway parm

Today we have lots of runaway SQL that is initated from CICS transactions and we need to put time limits on these transactions. Since we are threadsafe
we feel these transactions should be able to be purged with the CICS runaway transaction that exist within CICS today.

    Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
    Brand - Servers and Systems Software
    Product family - Transaction Processing
    Product - CICS Transaction Server

    For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:

    Product - CICS Transaction Server

    Moving requirement back to uncommitted candidate status. It is believed that this requirement is more to do with runaway of an individual request within DB2, rather than controlling the cpu across a number of DB2 requests. The former is not being addressed by the next release.
