Enhancement to DFHWS2LS: add additional parameters to control URIMAP settings and wsdl/wsbind file permissions

When using the batch cataloged procedure DFHWS2LS to generate a high level data structure (wsdl) and a Web service binding file (wsbind), there is currently NO ability to provide some important URIMAP resource definition attributes.

We need the ability to provide at the time of DFHWS2LS invocation the following URIMAP attributes.

1) SCHEME - currently every time DFHWS2LS is used and the URIMAP is dynamically generated from the pipeline scan SCHEME is always SCHEME(HTTP). We need it to be SCHEME(HTTPS) when we request it.

2) TCPIPSERVICE - currently every time DFHWS2LS is used and the URIMAP is dynamically generated from the pipeline scan, TCPIPSERVICE is always TCPIPSERVICE(). We need it to be TCPIPSERVICE(our value) when we request it.

At present we have created a STATIC URIMAP because it was the ONLY way we could get SCHEME(HTTPS). But we have noted that when we create a STATIC URIMAP and we specify TCPIPSERVICE(our value), then we run into another problem. Following the pipeline scan, it will generate a dynamic URIMAP with SCHEME(HTTP)and ignore our static URIMAP. So on the STATIC URIMAP we have SCHEME(HTTPS) and TCPIPSERVICE(). But we wanted TCPIPSERVICE(our value).

3) Each time we use DFHWS2LS to create a new or updated wsdl and wsbind, they are created in the HFS file system with permissions ONLY to the owner. We need the permissions for the wsdl and wsbind to be given to the group as well. This allows team members to update the wsdl and wsbind even if they did not create the wsdl and wsbind.

Brand - Servers and Systems Software
    Product family - Transaction Processing
    Product - CICS Transaction Server

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
    Brand - WebSphere
    Product family - Transaction Processing
    Product - CICS Transaction Server

This requirement is satisfied by CICS TS 5.2 which is generally available from June 13th 2014.
Additional parameters have not been added to DFHWS2LS. The requirement can be addressed by utilising CICS TS 5.2 cloud style application deployment by defining the webservice and urimap in an application bundle rather than using a pipeline scan.
