Remove restrictions on the number of FEPI targets and FEPI nodes that can be defined in a FEPI Pool through BAS.

In the current CPSM design, FEPI Pool resources defined with BAS are limited to 128 FEPI nodes and 32 FEPI targets. This is due to the size of the NODELIST and TARGETLIST fields in the FEPOODEF resource table, as well as other restrictions. CICS on the other hand will allow up to 256 nodes and 256 targets in a FEPI pool. This request is being submitted on behalf of the customer to bring the CPSM resource definitions in line with CICS, so that 256 nodes and
targets can be defined in a single FEPI pool definition through BAS.

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
Brand - Servers and Systems Software
    Product family - Transaction Processing
    Product - CICS Transaction Server

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
    Brand - WebSphere
    Product family - Transaction Processing
    Product - CICS Transaction Server

Owing to a size limitation in the current implementation, without incurring a significant re-write, we may be able to increase to 192 FEPI nodes and 192 FEPI targets. Assuming that this requirement were to make it into the plan for a future release, would an increase to 192 help you ? Although this still does not match the values supported by CICS, would it provide you with some relief ?

This requirement is currently marked for consideration in a future release. However, I have a question please.
