Provide an option to prevent wait for HRECALL of migrated file ressources

In our test and development systems rarely-used VSAM data sets are often migrated by DFHSM.
When CICS opens a migrated dataset, it performs a dynalloc, which waits for the completion of of the HRECALL.
The dynalloc runs under control of the resource owning tcb, which is therefore blocked during the recall.
Depending on the filesize and the situation in our HSM-Environment, this will last from seconds to several minutes. Our requirement is to provide a SIT option which forces CICS to do dynalloc with recall disabled. In case of a migrated file, CICS should then report an exception condition (NOTOPEN or MIGRATED) to the application.

    We have assessed this requirement. We have no current plans for this to be implemented and so this requirement is being declined at this point. The requirement will be kept in the RFE system and might be reassessed in the future. You also have an opportunity to resubmit in twelve months time if you wish it to be reconsidered then.
