Improve CICS Sockets Configuration and Management

We would like to see the CICS Sockets interface taken over by CICS, rather than being "owned" by z/OS Communications Server (at least I think that's where it is).

It's clear from the way one defines and manages this interface that it is not CICS-like in its orientation.

One needs to assemble macros and then load that into a VSAM file to create the definitions that the interface uses. It would be better if those definitions were created in RDO - I'm guessing it would be some new flavor of a TCPIPSERVICE definition.

And the transaction that manages the interface, EZAO, is also not very CICS-like. It's more like a "command line" interface in a 3270 session than a typical pseudo-conversational transaction like CEMT (which is where I would guess a new management interface would live).

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
Brand - Servers and Systems Software
    Product family - Transaction Processing
    Product - CICS Transaction Server

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
    Brand - WebSphere
    Product family - Transaction Processing
    Product - CICS Transaction Server

We have no plans to take over ownership of the CICS Sockets Interface.
