Suppress SDUMP in CICS

My customer is using CICS TS V3.2 for z/OS on z/OS V1.9. Here is the description:

When DUMP=YES is specified in SIT, it enables that the CICS dump domain is to take SDUMPs, unless suppressed by the options specified in the CICS system dump table or by the MVS system defaults.

According to CICS Message & Code manuals, there are about 200 DFHdmxxxx message that will cause system to produce a system dump by default unless you have specifically suppressed dumps in the dump table.

Customer does not want the unnecessary sdump in production environment, he just wants to enable sdump for SM0102. In order to suppress the dumps for the above mentioned ~200 DFHdmxxxx message that will cause sdump, customer claims he needs to add the dump code entries ~200 times in the dump table in order to suppress them but just allow SM0102 only. In this case, customer thinks this is not acceptable.

What customer wants now is to diable all the sdump for DFHdmxxxx message in one step (just like DUMP=NO or CEMT SET SYSTEM NOSYSDUMP) but to dynamically allow sdump for SM0102 only.

I reviewed CICS manual, once DUMP=NO is specified in SIT (or CEMT SET SYSTEM NOSYSDUMP), it will suppress all sdump globally. Even customer adds SM0102 in the dump table, when DUMP=NO is in effect, sdump for SM0102 will not be produced.

Customer wants a faster solution to suppress all sdumps for about 200 DFHdmxxxx message in one steps and then just allow SM0102 only.

Currently I could not find any solution per customer's description and customer requests to open a new requirement for his request.

This requirement has been re-evaluated. Looking at current plans, it is not likely that this would be implemented in the next two CICS TS releases, so correspondingly this requirement is being rejected.
