CICS TS should provide GETPASSTICKET API

We have many legacy 3270 green screen CICS applications which periodically call our CICS goodbye program to reconnect the user's 3270 session on a different CICS system without reauthenticating the user. The goodbye program disconnects the terminal and issues an ISSUE PASS command to connect the terminal to the target CICS region passing an encoded password and user data. We would prefer to obtain a passticket from RACF rather than maintaining an encoded password in the region. The CICS FEPI API can be used to obtain a passticket but we were advised that it can not be used in conjunction with the ISSUE PASS command due to the CONVID. Please add a GETPASSTICKET command to the CICS API (subject to command level security) to allow us to avoid the need to maintain encoded passwords in CICS.
