This requirement is satisfied by CICS TS 5.1 which is generally available December 14th 2012.

We have no plans to retrofit this function to 4.2.
This RFE is satisfied by CICS TS 5.1 which was announced on October 3rd 2012 and will GA on December 14th 2012.
Additional information: We completed the migration to the CTS 4.2 a few days ago and we are planning 5.1 for the year 2014. Regards, Claus Reis

The the kill command was issued via the console using CEKL then there is a DFHCQ0259I message issued.
For EXEC CICS SET TASK() KILL, the CICS TS 5.1 open Beta contains new function which will audit SPI commands including this command. If you want to try this out you can download CICS TS 5.1 open beta for free.
