Pgm Load Exit Point, Specify type of storage used (RDSA or UDSA) (SHARE Requirement SDCICS00001)

DESCRIPT : An exit with the abilty to dynamically override the DSA (UDSA, EUDSA, RDSA or ERDSA) into which a program is loaded at program load time.
VALUE : Having this exit would allow technical support area to more efficiently enable new debugging tools without causing the application developers to either make changes to their test compile procedures and or make additional tests running both with and without the tool. This impacts how quickly new business applications can be implemented (business solutions and end user productivity). Since we must turn off features in test which contribute to better availability (RENTPGM=PROTECT - TRANSISO=YES), system availability is negatively impacted since the developer doesn't catch storage overlay problems until the program is installed in production where these features are turned on.
