CICS Web Services is not detecting the reset or loss of connection and purging the associated web alias task

CICS Web Services is not detecting the reset or loss of connection and purging the associated web alias task, thus we end up with multiple tasks just adding load to the already busy system
In our production system we are finding multiple web alias tasks running for the same userid performing the same application process. It appears that the application process involves a lengthly browse and when the system is busy the response time goes up to minutes for this application process. The user gets tired of waiting and clicks the link or the submit button again (or when prohibited from doing so by client side code, the user closes the browser and signs on again and then clicks the same link or submit button again). This results in multiple CICS tasks running the same lengthly browse, but, only the last one initiated is "connected" to a browser window (IP session).

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
Brand - Servers and Systems Software
    Product family - Transaction Processing
    Product - CICS Transaction Server

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
    Brand - WebSphere
    Product family - Transaction Processing
    Product - CICS Transaction Server

This requirement has been re-evaluated, and the requirement to end CWS transactions when socket resets are received is understood and is a candidate for a future release, but unlikely to be the next release.
