BUNDLE SCAN function(like PIPELINE SCAN) and Version management

We want BUNDLE can work as the PIPELINE, which is, the bundledir can contain several .zip files(each contains a single BUNDLE definition), and the install of the bundledir can pickup all the .zip files, just like the PIPELINE SCAN function.

BOCOM is using XMLTRANSFORM within BUNDLE definition. We find it's hard to maintain the BUNDLE definition in CSD, (new definition added when files or directories changed, but old definition not removed), as a result, next COLD start of CICS will cause lots of CSD install errors.

We can dynamically put and delete .zip files in the bundledir, so the versioning problem can be solved.

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
Brand - Servers and Systems Software
    Product family - Transaction Processing
    Product - CICS Transaction Server

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
    Brand - WebSphere
    Product family - Transaction Processing
    Product - CICS Transaction Server

We are using XMLTRANSFORM in the CICS bundle, and the situation is, when something changed with the zFS directory(from /**/bundlev01 to /**/bundlev02, now the zFS directory is bundlev02, and bundlev01 is gone ), they will add a new CSD BUNDLE definition for the changed directory(with bundlev02), without removing the old CSD BUNDLE definition(with bundlev01, this is a principle of the system programmers in this account).

If we can have only one BUNDLE definition -> "BUNDLES", the "bundledir" attribute of this BUNDLE definition is /**/bundles/, we can put several .zip files(with complete BUNDLE configuration files in it) in this "bundledir", the installation of "BUNDLES" will make all the .zip files installed as BUNDLE instance. And this will take the advantage that we do not need to maitain lots of bundledirs.
