"Cancel button" when WUI hangs with 'BUSY' message.

Findings using the WUI and issuing a query which sends a request to a MAS that is experiencing problems such as MXT, SOS, or other severe problems will cause the WUI to hang until the request times out. Despite the parameters that let to determine how long CPSM is to wait before the requests get timed out, customer would like to be able to cancel the request.

    Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
    Brand - Servers and Systems Software

    Closing the browser session and starting a new one does not cancel the request, it continues running to completion. This approach allows the user to have a new session and try a different scope.

    We don't believe Explorer has this problem in that requests can already be cancelled. We recommend moving to Explorer as the WUI has been stabilised and continue to use this workaround when the problem occurs. We also recommend revisiting the value of TOPOLLINT (current recommended value from June 2012 Report of 30 seconds)
