Allow a logstream reconnect attempt after a DFHLG0772 RC8 RSN082D

Due to XES timeouts, the logstreams for forward recovery logs became disconnected. Rather than just
reporting the problem with a DFHLG0772 message and a dump, an attempt to reconnect could dynamically
resolve the problem. The DFHLG0772 message can still be produced but the dump process could be
cancelled if the reconnect is successful.

    This RFE is satisfied by CICS TS 5.4 which was generally available from June 16th 2017.

    I have been chasing a xxxx082D from IXGWRITE, 'Environment error. The stream token is no longer valid because the connector has been disconnected.' As the disconnect was system triggered, I would think that the same logic of just reconnecting (with a message) would avoid significant problems in users connected to the stream.

    We have assessed this requirement. We have no current plans for this to be implemented and so this requirement is being declined at this point. The requirement will be kept in the RFE system and might be reassessed in the future. You also have an opportunity to resubmit in twelve months time if you wish it to be reconsidered then.
