USSHOME=NONE causes unpredictable results but doesn't warn or stop the user from doing so.

The customer set USSHOME=NONE because they were unaware of its importance. This caused DFHDHDH toget AbendS0C1. While the need to have USSHOME defined is documented in the manuals, the customer thinks that an error message should be issued to the log if it is set to NONE.
