Eliminate need to define LE module names in CICS DFHCSD

Currently Language Environment Modules must be defined in CICS DFHCSD. LE definitions must correspond with the current active z/OS level. If they do not, various error situations which are hard to debug and resolve can occur. During a z/OS migration period a reset to the previous version will need a restore to the previous values simultaneously.
CICS is the only subsystem which needs such an unacceptable setup procedure. Autoinstall for LE Module names or any other CICS internal definition feature should be available to generate these entries dynamically.

Apar PI60388 (PTF UI42619 on CICS TS 5.1), (PTF UI42620 on CICS TS 5.2) and Apar PI60389 (PTF UI42574 on CICS T 5.3) provides system autoinstall capability for CICS LE program definitions. Program autoinstall does not need to be active.

Having applied the PTF, a CSD upgrade using DFHCURDM needs to be run. This will remove group CEE from list DFHLIST and DFH$IVPL. A new DFHLE group contains four definitions just for the CLER transaction. All other LE definitions will be system autoinstall when the relevant program is loaded.

Users should also remove group CEE from any user defined lists. The CEE group is no longer required having applied the PTF.

Providing system autoinstall capability for LE definitions is a candidate for inclusion in a future release. The RFE is being moved into 'Planned for Future release' status. Please note:

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
Brand - Servers and Systems Software
    Product family - Transaction Processing
    Product - CICS Transaction Server

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
    Brand - WebSphere
    Product family - Transaction Processing
    Product - CICS Transaction Server

This requirement has been rejected because looking at current plans, it is not likely that this would be implemented in the next two CICS TS releases, so correspondingly this requirement has being rejected. You have an opportunity to resubmit in eighteen months time if you wish it to be considered then.

We think that allowing autoinstall is risky and open to problems if LE make changes. We have no plans to do this. A better approach may be to raise a requirement on LE for them to consider spltting the CEE group into perhaps a base group and then language specific groups.

I feel, CICS should be able to detect the current level of z/OS at startup and create the corresponding CICS resources when initializing Language Environment.
