Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
Brand - Servers and Systems Software
    Product family - Transaction Processing
    Product - CICS Transaction Server

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:

The actual service class and report class names are available in the monitoring data which can be accessed using an EXEC CICS COLLECT STATISTICS MONITOR(taskno) command. However, the names are only available in that data in the region where the transaction was first classified thereafter only the service report class token is available and only then if we do not cross the network (we might cross into another sysplex with a different WLM policy, and therefore the token would not be valid).

So the question is what do you want to do with the token? Using the WLM query services can only be done in Assembler and the token itself is only valid in the sysplex where we originated. You mention different sysplexes, is that what you are really after here ?
