Control the number of DFHAP1900 messages

With the CTS 5.1 we have a valuable feature: Log of SPI - activities.
But a central application must work with ...
taname FEPI SET NODE(AZP050) USERDATA(KN03) RESP...
... the FEPI SET command.
With round about 600.000 messages per CICS and day we have a risk of "queue full" (transient data).
So it should be possible to limit recurring SPI's e. g. via the SIT.
The problem is documented in detail in Pmr 00414,077,724 .

    Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:

    For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:

    There are a number of SPI commands that are not included in the list of auditted SPI commands.
    (see http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/cicsts/v5r1/topic/com.ibm.cics.ts.systemprogramming.doc/topics/dfha8_spi_audit.html)
    We are making a change in APAR PI17781 to add FEPI SET to this list so you will no long see these
    of audit commands. Is this sufficient to address this problem, or do you need further granularity?
