Increase User Limit of 512 for Recoverable CFDT

We have a proprietary CICS dynamic transaction routing exit that uses a recoverable CFDT for managing its routing data. There is currently a CICS limit of 512 regions that can connect to a recoverable CFDT. During our busy processing season, we need more than 512 regions to be able to connect to this CFDT to support the client work. We are requesting that this limit is removed (ideally) or at least doubled.

    We have assessed this requirement. We have no current plans for this to be implemented and so this requirement is being declined at this point. The requirement will be kept in the RFE system and might be reassessed in the future. You also have an opportunity to resubmit in twelve months time if you wish it to be reconsidered then.

    Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:

    For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
