seems that ISC informations for appc connection can be colleced only
from SMF110.

    This functionality is already available.
    The CICS connection definition and statistics can be viewed online using the CICS Explorer or the CICSPlex SM WUI. Alternatively the statistics sample program, DFH0STAT, also provides an option to report online the CICS connection statistics. This sample program also shows how to use the EXEC CICS API/SPI INQUIRE and COLLECT STATISTICS  commands to access this statistics data. To access the CICS connection (including LU6.2) statistics data you would use the EXEC CICS COLLECT STATISTICS CONNECTION(connection name) and there is a supplied copy member DFHA20DS which can be used to map the data buffer returned by this command.
