Support of the CICS V5.1 Trial Product and future ones

We are in the process of doing an IVP for the Trial CICS V5.1 Product and running into issues. I undertstand that the problem might be ours but when bringing up a new product as such , we never know what issues we might run into. When looking for assistance in the IVP ptrocess we found out that there is no support from the IBM Link team on this trial product. So who do we turn to for any type of support.
I am requesting that IBM either have a support team support their product or have the IBM Link team support the product.

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
Brand - Servers and Systems Software
    Product family - Transaction Processing
    Product - CICS Transaction Server

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
    Brand - WebSphere
    Product family - Transaction Processing
    Product - CICS Transaction Server

We agree with this requirement and have implemented a process whereby CICS TS Developer Trial customers can now raise Sev 3 and Sev 4 PMRs or SRs through the usual IBM service channels. For more information, please see : http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21648341

Note that at this point in time, APAR fixes resulting from PMRs will only be provided against the main CICS TS V5.1 product itself rather then the Developer Trial, although the Developer Trial will be updated periodically to include the latest service fixes. Enabling full APAR fix support on the CICS TS Developer Trial would require code changes that could only be made on a release boundary. If this is also a requirement, please raise an additional RFE so that it can be formally considered.
