CPSM WUI server should fail to initialize if WUIPARM DEFAULTWARNCNT is zero

All WUI users should be subject to warning record count by default. If very large CICSplexes, a WUI user without warning record count active, could issue a view resulting in excessive increase in the CMAS QUE and DAT data spaces. Such an increase could result in the CMAS failing, workloads stalling, or an unscheduled IPL of an LPAR.

Change the default value for DEFAULTWARNCNT to non-zero or fail WUI server initialization if the DEFAULTWARNCNT value is zero.

We have no plans to change the default for DEFAULTWARNCNT, nor to fail WUI server initialisation. Instead WUI server initialsation could put out an informational message indicating that DEFAULTWARNCNT(0) is in effect. For those customers who want to detect this condition, they can use automation to trap on the new message and take the appropriate action.  The RFE is being moved into 'Planned for Future release' status.  Please note:
