his RFE is satisfied by CICS TS 5.3 which is generally available from December 11th 2015.
Support for Liberty Features in CICS TS 5.3 includes:
Contexts and Dependency Injection cdi-1.0 Provides a mechanism to inject components such as EJBs or Managed Beans into other components such as JSPs or EJBs.
EJB Lite ejbLite-3.1 Enables support for Enterprise JavaBeans written to the EJB Lite subset of the EJB 3.1 specification.
This RFE is satisfied by CICS TS 5.3 which was announced on October 5th 2015 with a planned general availability date of December 11th 2015.

CDI functionality is now available in CICS TS 5.2
This is on the Liberty roadmap, but behind higher priority functionality. Its a candidate for a future release, but unlikely to be the next release.
