COMMAREA's transported as CHANNELS

This stems from discussions at the CAF on the back of AXGE abends and dfhtransaction - and in effect a need to protect CICS legacy applications from any new or extended use of the dfhtransaction channel.

Allow for COMMAREA's which are greater than 24k (physically and not logically) to be transported by CICS as a CHANNEL in MRO operations.
The fact that COMMAREA is in effect transported as a CHANNEL is in effect invisible to the Application Developer.

Settings in either the SIT or in CICS feature toggles in effect allow the feature to be switched or off – and perhaps also specify the size limit , i.e. beyond which the COMMAREA is transported as a CHANNEL.

It is accepted that in the spirit of CI that the feature may have to be initially delivered thru' CICS feature toggles.
