Applications not installed after JVM error

We had an timout error in the JVM. This caused, that after a cold start the installed apps in application/platform context have not been installed. After changing this to a warm start now it works, but on this weekend we installed new PTFs and we had to perform a cold start of the region ... you can imagine what happens... yes all apps have been in a bad state.

If you have more than 5 Apps and we have more than 15 Apps (increasing) now in a region this is really bad, because you have to manually discard all apps and install them again.

Idea priority High

Phil Wakelin informed us that after a conversation with the customer that increasing the Liberty controller and osgi framework timeouts has addressed the issue. It is our understanding their is no outstanding requirement at this time, so this RFE is being closed.

+EYUBN0022W CICSTSTB CICS BUNDLE $2646721 failed to enable in time. 047
Related application state might not be recovered.
+EYUBN0021I CICSTSTB CICS application state recovery is complete.

In the test region we allready have more PL/1 Applications than Java ones, so the Problem changes worse.
