Route Java Health Center messages to CICS joblog

In current CICS Transaction Server and Java implementation, there is no mechanism to send the Java Health Center messages to CICS joblog.
The CICS java launcher would have to provide a mechanism for the Java agent to discover the data set location, in the java agent premain context.

    Support is provided in CICS TS 6.2 which has been announced and will GA June 14th 2024. Support is provided for Java 8 (8.0.8.15) or Java 11 (11.0.20) or Java 17 togethjer with Apar IJ47667.

    The Knowledge Center topic Using a DD statement to route JVM server output to JES has been updated to state "It is not possible to route IBM Health Center messages to the CICS job log. Consider using zFS as the primary output location if you wish to see detailed IBM Health Center output.". This RFE is being rejected.
