Provide a parameter ' DPLRETRY =YES/NO' in EYUPARM

Provide a parameter ' DPLRETRY =YES/NO' in EYUPARM to make it possible to turn off DPL retry processing for when the DPL fails with 'NOTAUTH'.

We want to eliminate DPL retry processing after getting not authorized
error. This is needed in order to perform fewer RACF calls.'
Client opened PMR 12215,001,862 as they were getting multiple ICH408I messages produced as the DPL retry failed in each AOR. This PMR ended up with the recommendation of using EYU9WRAM exit. Minimizing ICH408I is very crucial to the customer.
Customer has customised EYU9WRAM exit to prevent a DPL retry when NOTAUTH occurs as follows :
RTERROR modified to insert :
ELSE
IF WCOM-ERR-ROUTE = WCOM-ERR-NOTAUTH
MOVE WCOM-RET-ABORT TO WCOM-RET-RESP

However, the customer wishes not to have customised code and requests an option to be provided in the EYUPARM:
1. Could you explain what Parameter you would suggest and where it
would be specified ?
Answer : DPLRETRY parameter in EYUPARM

2. Would the parameter prevent just ' NOTAUTH ' DPL retry or all DPL retry ?
Answer : We just need to prevent 'NOTAUTH' DPL Retry. If you think it
would be useful to other customers, you can make it more generic.

    Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
    Brand - Servers and Systems Software
    Product family - Transaction Processing
    Product - CICS Transaction Server

    For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
    Brand - WebSphere
    Product family - Transaction Processing
    Product - CICS Transaction Server

    This requirement has been re-evaluated. Looking at current plans, it is not likely that this would be implemented in the next two CICS TS releases, so correspondingly this requirement is being rejected. You have an opportunity to resubmit in twelve months time if you wish it to be considered then.
