This portal is to open public enhancement requests against IBM Z Software products. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

This RFE has been addressed by new functionality shipped with CICS Explorer 5.5.0.17 which is now available.
A new text entry facility for scoping requests has been added to the CICSplex Explorer view in CICS Explorer. It allows specification of a CICSplex name and a system group or individual CICS system and will prompt with possible values. This allows easier navigation across multiple CICSplexes and across a large number of CICS regions to facilitate quicker scoping of requests than can be achieved by scrolling through possible options and clicking.
This is something we would like to address. The RFE is being moved into 'Planned for Future release' status. Please note:
IBM’s statements regarding its plans, directions, and intent are subject to change or withdrawal without notice at IBM’s sole discretion. Information regarding potential future products is intended to outline our general product direction and it should not be relied on in making a purchasing decision. This is a candidate for a future release.
We've been having a bit of a think about this. One of our questions is whether people are generally only interested in a small subset of available plexes, or regions? Do people commonly have a small set of things that concern them? Perhaps there's a way of filtering what's available to make it more sensible for a particular user?
Or if there's just one thing people would generally be interested in (e.g. a single system group) then there are options around giving better defaults when people start up.
It would be great to hear a little bit more around the use case for a user and whether they're always interested in the same things.
