Recovering from abend AICA under OTE TCB

An application can establish an abend handler by EXEC CICS HANDLE ABEND, which gets control if any abend occurs, e.g. with abend code AICA. If running under OTE, an abend AICA cannot be intercepted by a user abend handler, i.e. the transaction terminates immediately. The same happens if a task on an OTE TCB is purged. Moreover, the internal user abend 999 is issued by CICS with the TERM option and therefor the TCB cannot be recovered by an ESTAE routine.

At least for programs defined with API(CICSAPI) it should be possible to recover an abend AICA.
